PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal holder whose lid capable of being opened/closed by turning is provided with a cinnabar seal-ink tray, which enables the cinnabar seal-ink tray to be easily attached to/detached from the lid, and which prevents the cinnabar seal-ink tray from accidentally coming off from the lid even if the lid is impactively returned. SOLUTION: An inner cylinder for holding the seal is housed inside an intermediate cylinder in a vertically movable manner; an outer cylinder is provided outside the intermediate layer in synchronization with the inner cylinder; a rear part of the lid is journaled on the side surface of the intermediate cylinder; the lid is made turnable in such a manner as to protrude from/recede into a window hole, which is opened on the side surface of the intermediate surface, in synchronization with the vertical movement of the outer and inner cylinders; the cinnabar seal-ink tray, wherein cinnabar seal-ink is held, is provided on the inner surface part of the lid; a seal surface is covered by making the cinnabar seal-ink tray face the seal surface of the seal which is attached to the inner cylinder in the upward movement state of the inner cylinder; a part below the seal surface is opened in a downward movement state so that the seal surface can be protruded from a lower-end opening of the intermediate cylinder; and the cinnabar seal-ink tray is detachably fixed to the inner surface part of the lid in a direction almost perpendicular to the turning direction of the lid.
