The invention relates to a three-phase flow regulating means for oil, gas and water, which mainly comprises an entry accelerating pipe, a helical guiding pipe, a gas outlet connecting pipe, a liquid receiving cone, a mixed liquid overfall connecting pipe, and a sampler outlet connecting pipe. The means is used to change flow patterns and components of the three-phase flow in one interval. The invention also relates to a three-phase flow measuring apparatus for oil, gas and water and measuring method thereof. The apparatus comprises a blind three-way mixing means, a differential pressure flow measuring means, a single-energy gamma-ray phase separation rate measuring means, a double-energy gamma-ray phase separationrate measuring means, the three-phase flow regulating means for oil, gas and water, and a calculating means. The method consists of the following steps: water content WC and gas void fraction GVF are measured by the single-energy gamma-ray phase separation rate measuring means and the double-energy gamma-ray phase separation rate measuring respectively; the total flow differential pressure P is measured by the differential pressure flow measuring means; the calculating means is used to calculate oil volume flow rate Qo, gas volume flow rate Qg and water volume flow rate Qw. |
