An apparatus of driving a plasma display panel capable of accurately detecting a temperature of the plasma display panel for a stable driving of the plasma display panel is disclosed. The apparatus of driving a plasma display panel includes: a display panel; a heat-proof plate attached on a rear surface of the panel; a heat carrying sheet, attached on a rear surface of the heat-proof plate, for carrying a temperature of the panel; and a temperature sensor, installed in a substrate, for detecting a temperature of the heat carrying sheet. |
