PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card processor allowing burden reduction of mutual adjustment processing of each company accompanied by use of an IC card capable of using a plurality of business areas under the jurisdiction of a plurality of companies.

SOLUTION: This IC card processor 1 charging prescribed money amount information to the IC card capable of using the plurality of business areas under the jurisdiction of the plurality of companies has: a reading/writing means 112 reading data from the IC card and writing data into the IC card; and a charge means 112a charging the money amount information by prescribed distribution in each the business area when charging the prescribed money amount information to the IC card by the reading/writing means.
