<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and a management method of a showcase, allowing only a proper person concerned to set and alter the operating conditions without any problem in security, and displaying past records of setting/alternation and a user on any management part. <P>SOLUTION: This management system and management method of a showcase manage the operating conditions of showcases installed in two or more stores. This system includes: an individual management part provided for every showcase, thereby individually managing and controlling the operating conditions of each showcase and authenticating a user; and a central management part 2 for generally managing a plurality of stores.
