<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a malfunction preventive mechanism which has a simple structure and can be simply operated in a pouring container for pouring a content liquid by an operation of the fingertip of a hand gripping the container. <P>SOLUTION: The pouring container includes a pair of right and left vessels having a pouring nozzle with an ejection function erected, a mount tube to be fitted over the upper end thereof and immovably assembled, and a cap body having an outer tube and a pouring path inside forming a passage communicating with an opening of a top plate by opening a pair of stepped holes which the nozzle tightly fits in and comes against on the lower part. Part of a front wall of the outer tube of the cap body is formed as a tilting strip which can tilt fore-and-aft with a pair of right and left small coupling pieces as an axis by forming a slit with the pair of small coupling pieces left integrally connected with an adjacent wall. The cap body is assembled with the mount tube so that it can tilt fore-and-aft in the cap body. While a locking protrusion protruding on a mount is fitted into a locking hole formed on the upper part of the tilting strip, tilt displacement of the cap body is inhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
