<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which prevents interference of reflected light from a light reflection film and avoids luminance unevenness between pixels and generation of the glare, and also to provide an electronic device using the device. <P>SOLUTION: In a TFT array substrate 10 of a reflection type or a transflective/reflective type electrooptical device, rugged patterns 8g for scattering light are formed on the surface of a light reflection film 8a by forming a lower side ruggedness forming film 13a in each pixel 100a formed in a matrix shape. The pixels 100a are divided into a plurality of units each consisting of a plurality of pixels so that the rugged patterns 8g have forms different from each other in every pixel 100a at least in the unit.
