BREAD MAKER AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a mixing bag when canceling a break making operation.

SOLUTION: This bread maker is provided with a body forming an oven chamber; upper part and lower part kneading drums provided in the oven chamber separated from each other and having retaining parts respectively retaining the both end parts of a mixing bag which stores bread making materials; and a drum drive part rotating the kneading drums and kneading the mixing bag retained by the retaining parts. This bread maker is characterized in including a cancellation selecting input part allowing a user to select the cancellation of the bread making operation; a rotating position sensing part sensing the rotating position of the kneading drum; and a control part controlling the drum drive part to rotate the kneading drums so that the mixing bag is separated from the retaining part of the lower part kneading drum based on the cancellation of the break making operation from the cancellation selecting input part and the rotating position sensed by the rotation position sensing part.
