<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize measurement data by compensating a noninvasive blood sugar level measurement value obtained by a temperature measuring method with a degree of oxygen saturation in blood and a blood flow. <P>SOLUTION: This blood sugar level measuring instrument is provided with a heat capacity measuring part measuring a plurality of temperatures derived from a body surface and obtaining information used for calculating a convection heat transfer quantity and a radiation heat transfer quantity which are related to heat radiation from the body surface; an oxygen content measuring part obtaining information related to the oxygen content in the blood; a storage part storing the relation between parameters and the blood sugar level corresponding to the plurality of temperatures and the oxygen content in blood respectively; an arithmetic part converting the plurality of measurement values inputted from the heat capacity measuring part and the oxygen content measuring part into the parameters, respectively, applying the parameters to the relation stored in the storage part and calculating the blood sugar level; and a display part displaying the blood sugar level calculated by the arithmetic part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
