<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external facing panel body easy in construction, easily replacing a panel by removing only the removal required panel in maintenance, and securing watertightness. <P>SOLUTION: An installing material 4 has a downstream side panel support part 41, a swelling preventing part 42 superposed on a superposing part 221 from the outdoor side, and a slipping-out preventing part 43 for locking an upstream side connecting part 22 from the downstream side. A downstream side panel 2 insertably-extractably inserts an upstream side connecting part 22 from the downstream side between the downstream side panel support part 41 of the installing material 4 and the swelling preventing part 42, and is locked on the slipping-out preventing part 43. At least one of the installing material 4 and the upstream side connecting part 22 of the downstream side panel 2, supports a base board 31 of an upstream side panel 3. The upstream side panel 3 opposes an upstream side surface of a downstream side connecting part 32 to a downstream side surface of the upstream side connecting part 22 of the downstream side panel 2.
