PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo-machine capable of guaranteeing very silent rotation at a high number of turbo-rotation while a bearing device thereof is simply formed. SOLUTION: The turbo-machine comprises at least one rotor 1 fixed to a cantilever-supported end part of a first shaft 2 supported by a bearing, and an electric rotor 3 of an electric machine 4 connected to an end part of the first shaft 2 on the side opposite to the rotor 1 via a clutch 5. The electric rotor 3 is disposed between the first shaft 2 and a second shaft 6 which is rotatably bearing-supported. The second shaft is coaxially provided with the first shaft 2, and similarly connected to the electric rotor 3 via a clutch 5'. The electric rotor 3 is disposed as a clutch intermediate member between the clutches 5 and 5' without any specific bearing, and provided with clutch elements 7 and 7'.
