PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reactive polymer by introducing a group containing an ethyleneimine derivative to the terminal end of a polymer chain in a high introduction ratio and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The polymer contains the group containing the ethyleneimine derivative represented by general formula (I) (R1-R4are each a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group and each may be the same or different; R5is a 1-8C alkylene group and may contain an oxygen atom) at the terminal end of the polymer chain.
