PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a welding assembly(10). SOLUTION: The welding assembly(10) is constituted of a weld zone(16) joining two or more articles(12) by using an electronic beam(24). The method includes a stage for leading a secondary electronic beam(26)to the weld zone(16) just behind the welding beam(24) so that an incidence rate of a strain aging crack at the weld zone(16) is reduced by controlling precipitation of a dissolved precipitation reinforcing phase.
