PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable with little impedance fluctuation, high shielding capability and high speed transmission performance. SOLUTION: A conductor covered with an insulator on a hot side is covered with a shield, the shield and the conductor on the hot side are electrically connected to provide the same potential. A conductor covered with an insulator on a cold side is covered with a shield, the shield and the conductor on the cold side are electrically connected to provide the same potential. In the conductor on the hot side, the conductor and the shield are electrically connected on a signal upstream side or downstream side of the conductor.
