PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material having excellent heat storage properties. SOLUTION: The heat storage coating material contains (B) 1-50 pts. wt. trans-1,4-polybutadiene having≥50 J/g enthalpy change in the crystal transition from a low-temperature crystal structure to a high-temperature crystal structure, measured by a differential scanning calorimeter based on 100 pts.wt. solid of (A) a crosslinkable resin coating material.
