The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering. According to the invention, the regulator includes a voltage sensor with hysteresis loop, electronic switches made with thyristors and resistances for current limiting. The voltage sensor forms the electronic switch opening signals to influence the magnetic flow. The result of the invention consists in extending the field of stable functioning of the induction generator with capacitive excitation and in increasing the quality indexes of the electric energy produced by the wind-driven electric plant, including in decreasing the output voltage of the generator at the wind variable speed and the consumption load.
