PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a separation system for separately detecting an immunocompetent cell from peripheral blood and measuring an immunologic diseases, such as allergies, and simply and easily inspect various immunologic diseases. SOLUTION: An immunity measurement system is provided with a blood collecting means, an immune system cell separation means for separating immunity-related cells from the blood, obtained by the blood collecting means and an immunity-related information detecting means for selecting the separated immune cell and obtaining immunity-related information.
