PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a radiation shielding concrete structure having reduced danger by induced radioactivity, by suppressing activation of the radiation shielding concrete structure itself. SOLUTION: Low activation precast concrete panels 11-13 manufactured beforehand from low activation concrete are assembled in a single layer or in a plurality of layers laminatedly, to thereby construct a low activation precast concrete layer 10 for enclosing the periphery of a cyclotron Cy which is a radiation source, and a reinforced concrete body 15 formed by cast-in-place of ordinary concrete is bonded on its outside.
