PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile sensor capable of narrowing the width of a wiring forming part even if it comprises a large number of pressure sensitive elements. SOLUTION: The tactile sensor is provided with both a base film 1 in which an impression-side terminal 30 and column electrodes 70 connected by a wire group 40 therefrom are formed by printing and a base film 2 in which a receive-side terminal 31 and row electrodes 71 connected by a wire group 41 therefrom are formed by printing. Pressure sensitive parts 7a-7c are formed by integrating both base films 1 and 2, in a mode in which pressure sensitive ink layers 94 and 95 are interposed between the column and row electrodes 70 and 71. Part of at least one wire group 40 among the base films 1 and 2 is arranged in a plurality of levels in the thickness direction of the sensor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
