PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pharmaceutical preparation system and a dosage system in which the effective components of one dosage of a freeze dried composition stored subdividedly in a container are ground into fine particles suitable for transpulmonary dosage upon use to be usable for transpulmonary dosage by inhalation as it is. SOLUTION: A dried powder inhalation device is used for transpulmonary dosage and makes the freeze-dried composition 2 stored in a non-powder condition in the container 1 into fine particles by air impulse to let an examinee inhale the obtained fine particles, and is equipped with a needle part having an air jet path, a needle part having a discharge path 4, and a suction port 12 communicating with a forced air feeding means 9 to feed air to the air jet path 3 of the needle part having the air jet path, and the discharge path of the needle part having the discharge path. The needle part having the air jet path and the needle part having the discharge path 4 are pierced into a mouth closure 1a which tightly closes the container to communicate the air jet path 3 and the discharge path with the inside of the container. Air is jetted into the container through the air jet path by the forced air feeding means 9 to make the freeze-dried composition 2 into the fine particles by the impulse of jet air, and the obtained fine particles are discharged from the suction port 12 through the discharge path 4.
