PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor guiding system for an endoscope capable of easily and surely recovering an anchor inserted to the inside of an object, and a method of recovering the anchor in the anchor guiding system for the endoscope. SOLUTION: The anchor guiding system for the endoscope is provided with a hooking member to be hooked to an object part inside the object, a magnetic anchor connected with the hooking member and a magnetic anchor guiding device arranged outside the object for generating a magnetic field and moving the magnetic anchor in a prescribed direction by magnetic force generated from the magnetic field.
