<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform separation, collection, detection, and screening of a target component with the target component and a bonded molecule of target-components kept in conditions closer to organism conditions when performing the separation, collection, detection, and screening of the target component by using a structural body formed by causing a carrier to carry, in an immobilized manner, molecules having bonding affinity with the target component. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, target-component bonded molecules 4 are used for separating, collecting, detecting, and screening the target component. What is made by at least partly coating the surface of a carrier substrate 1 (magnetic body) with polyhydroxyalkanoate 2, a polymeric material having high bio-affinity, is used as the carrier for immobilizing the bonded molecules 4. On the surface of the carrier where conditions closer to the living conditions are maintained, the bonded molecules carried on the surface are bonded to the target component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
