<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonized-water supplying apparatus constituted so that the ozone concentration of ozonized-water can be managed stably by preventing the ozone concentration from being diminished even when the ozonized water is left as it is or is used for bactericidal washing. <P>SOLUTION: This ozonized-water supplying apparatus is provided with: an ozone mixer 13 for mixing water with ozone and discharging the produced ozonized water 5 to a storage tank 10; a circulation system pipeline 14 for taking the ozonized water 5 out from the tank 10 and supplying the taken out ozonized water 5 to the mixer 13; a washing system pipeline 21 for supplying the ozonized water 5 in the tank 10 to the object to be washed; a branched pipeline 25 branched from the pipeline 21 and returned to the tank 10; and an ozone concentration measuring part 31 arranged on the pipeline 25 for measuring the ozone concentration of the ozonized water 5 by successively measuring the transition of the ultraviolet absorbance of the ozonized water 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
