<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit for a voltage driven device capable of turning the device on without decreasing the switching speed thereof even when there is an inductance component connected to the source terminal of the voltage driven device. <P>SOLUTION: When a transistor Tr1 is turned on and a transistor Tr2 is turned off at the same time, a current flows from an already charged capacitor C1 to the voltage driven device 3 via a resistor R3 and the transistor Tr1, to charge a capacitance between the gate and the source of the voltage driven device 3 and turn the device 3 on. The charge stored on the capacitor C1 is not influenced by the voltage across the inductance component L1 such as wiring connected to the source terminal of the voltage driven device 3 at all. Therefore, the capacitance between the gate and the source of the voltage driven device 3 is speedily charged by the charge stored on the capacitor C1, even when the inductance component L1 can not be ignored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
