<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a temperature drift in a physical quantity measuring apparatus, detecting a detection vibration excited by a vibrator corresponding to a physical quantity exerted to the vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: The physical quantity measuring apparatus includes a vibrator 1A, a driving means 19 for exciting a driving vibration to the vibrator 1A, and a detecting means 20 for detecting the detection vibration excited by the vibrator corresponding to the physical quantity exerted to the vibrator.
