PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the cancellation of a shuttle frame received from a base station device when a receive buffer or a transmission buffer is in a saturated state. SOLUTION: A shuttle frame detecting unit (22) is provided at the front stage of a sending-out control unit (24) which cancels a receive frame when a receive buffer (25) is in a saturated state, and the shuttle frame is stored in a shuttle buffer (23). In a transmission control unit (28), the shuttle frame stored in the shuttle buffer (23) prior to a transmission frame stored in a transmission buffer (27) is transmitted to the base station device.
