PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an evaporator, enabling soldered joint of a cooling pipe while preventing formation of a void. SOLUTION: First a spiral grove is formed on the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical body 31. Subsequently, when a projecting part of a wire member 33 is fitted along the groove 32 and mounted, the projecting part of the wire member 33 is put in the state of being projected from the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 31 like a mountain in cross section. Further, the cooling pipe 12 is wound to come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 31 and the recessed surface of the wire member 33. After that, with the cylindrical body 31 heated from the inner surface, a fused solder 37 is inserted from the outside of the cooling pipe 12 to perform solder joint of the cooling pipe 12.
