AIRLINE TICKET TELEPHONE RESERVATION SYSTEM BY VOICE RECOGNITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work load of an operator and to provide a quick reservation service. SOLUTION: A voice recognition system is provided with a first dictionary file in which family names of frequent users are included for a constant number from the top of the past utilization frequency. The voice recognition system recognizes the family name of a customer generated over a telephone as a voice pattern and selects a name from the first dictionary file when the pattern of the name matches with the pattern included in the file. The system provides the matched family name to the customer and provides information so that the customer notifies whether the matched name is correct or not to the system.
