PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional transmission delay correction system automatically corrects transmission diversity delay time deviation, however, a use is allowed to only a TSTD system, limiting applicable systems. SOLUTION: Each of a 0-system and a 1-system comprises: a directional coupler 16 extracting part of a transmitting wave passed through a transmission section 15; a transmission section delay detection section 18 detecting a delay quantity between the extracted transmitting wave and output from an orthogonal modulation section 12; a delay correction value calculation section 19 calculating the delay correction quantity based on the detected delay quantity; and a delay correction section 13 delaying the transmitting wave in accordance with the calculated delay correction quantity. Thus, conducting the delay correction to respective transmitting waves by the 0-system and the 1-system corrects the delay deviation of the transmitting waves between the antenna 3-0 of the 0-system and the antenna 3-1 of the 1-system.
