PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor camera device which does not need special installation construction. SOLUTION: The monitor camera device 10 is provided with a runner 20 having a rotary part 21 where rotors 22 at both ends are freely rotatably fitted and with a monitor camera 40 fixed to the runner 20 through a coupling part 23. When the device is disposed on a rail 50 where a hollow part 51 and a groove 52 are formed in a longitudinal direction, the rotary part 21 is inserted into the hollow part 51, and the coupling part 23 is inserted into the groove 52.
