PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper and a hub, which disperses the stress evenly on a hard disk in order not to distort and are excellent in weather resistance, and hard disk mounting structure using them. SOLUTION: The stopper is a stopper 3 for attaching a hard disk 4 for a hard disk device, has a ring shape part of which is cut off, and is equipped with a sliding part 3a tilted inside its inner circumference. The hub is a hub 2 having an attaching part 2b for attaching the hard disk 4 for the hard disk device and is equipped with a capping part 2a in a conic shape along the outer circumference of the above attaching part 2b. The hard disk mounting structure is equipped with the above hub 2 on a spindle 1 and also equipped with the above stopper 3, and the hard disk 4 is fixed on the above hub 2 by the above stopper 3.
