PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and certainty, by temporarily holding a precast concrete panel, without arranging timbering in a lower part. SOLUTION: In this installing structure of the precast concrete panel 5, the precast concrete panel 5 for constituting an outer peripheral wall 4 of a structure 1, is arranged outside a steel frame horizontal member 2 for constituting the structure 1, and is installed in parallel in the shaft direction of the steel frame horizontal member 2. An uplifted installation base 15 is attached to an upper surface of the steel frame horizontal member 2. A temporary suspension tool 16 having an under surface opposed to an upper surface of the installation base 15, and a side surface opposed to an inside surface of the precast concrete panel 5, is arranged above the installation base 15. The under surface of the temporary suspension tool 16 is joined to the upper surface of the installation base 15.
