PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile, in which mounting works are simplified and which is worked at a low cost, in the steel pipe pile in which a steel pipe pile body and a front end member are constituted separably. SOLUTION: The steel pipe pile 100 has a steel-pipe pile body 101, in which front end pieces 11 are formed by forming a plurality of notched grooves 10 notched in the axial direction from front ends, a front end member 102, in which a spiral blade 20 is installed to the outer periphery of a cylindrical body 21 and projecting sections 22 fitted to the notched grooves 10 are formed at an inner periphery, and an earth retaining member 103, in which blade sections 31 are extended towards each front end piece 11 from the shaft of the body 101 respectively, widths in the diametral direction on the side pressed into the body 101 of each blade section 31 are made smaller than the radius of the hollow section of the body 101, a width is widened in a tapered shape towards the reverse side and a maximum width is slightly larger than the radius of the hollow section of the body.
