PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server capable of dynamically producing pages, for which both the rule and page design can be created or changed independently. SOLUTION: To provide the server provided with a reception means, a content information storage means, a template storage means, a user information storing means, a rule information storage means, a first acquisition means which acquires a corresponding page template from the template storage means, and user information on a user who has requested from the user information storage means, a second acquisition means which acquires corresponding rule information from the rule information storing means, a rule information interpreting means, and a creation means for creating pages.
