PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a trainee to start makeup lecture training at and in an optimum point and range when makeup lecture training is decided to be necessary with a training simulator. SOLUTION: A simulation method of the system that a plant state is changed by the operating condition of individual units of equipment executes a simulation program, accepts the false switch operation or speech input from the trainee in a plurality of stages, keeps recording the point of the time of the acceptance and the criteria of the required time up the acceptance, evaluates the training by comparing the recording information recorded in such a manner and the registered reference value, decides whether the makeup lecture training is necessary or not and sets the optimum time for starting the makeup lecture training and the range of the makeup lecture training based in the recording information.
