PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information acquiring device, a service life arithmetic unit and evaluation equipment capable of evaluating the service life of a displaced and driven evaluation object. SOLUTION: An optical fiber sensor 7 where a Bragg lattice is formed is provided on a blade, and a data collection unit 12 equipped with a laser transmitter 10 and a light measuring device 11 is also provided on the blade. A light signal for evaluation is transmitted from the laser transmitter 10 to the optical fiber sensor, and a returned light signal is received and measured by the light measuring device 11, to thereby measure a strain of the blade. Hereby, time history data of a load applied to the blade driven rotationally can be acquired, and the service life of the blade can be evaluated from the data. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
