PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion type tool capable of providing display of fuel quantity in a fuel cell. SOLUTION: The fuel cell that is replaceable and pressurized is provided with a fuel state monitoring system to monitor and display a fuel state in the fuel cell. The fuel state monitoring system comprises a fuel state monitor 32 to monitor at least one of pressure of the fuel cell and flow of fuel from the fuel cell, a control unit connected to the fuel state monitor to compare fuel state data detected by the fuel state monitor with a set value to determine a fuel level in the fuel cell, a regulating valve 12 connected to the control unit to provide fuel in correct quantity based on the fuel cell state, and an indicator 44 connected to the control unit to provide display of the fuel level.
