PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition with an improved processability of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer at the time of sheet formation or coated layer formation in calender molding, extrusion molding, cast molding, roll molding, or other appropriate molding or coating techniques, giving sheets and coated layers having improved properties such as durability and appearance, and to provide a laminate using the composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer composition comprises (A) a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, (B) one or more of an ethylene-vinyl acetate-carbon monoxide terpolymer, an ethylene-methacrylate-carbon monoxide terpolymer, an ethylene-alkyl acrylate-carbon monoxide terpolymer, an ethylene-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer, an ethylene-acrylate-maleic acid anhydride terpolymer, and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wherein the vinyl acetate monomer component is not less than 40 wt.%, and (C) an organic and/or inorganic functional additive.
