PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pan which is good to use as a cooking pan and sanitary by improving the fitting structure of a joint member to be fitted to the outer side surface of a pan container so as to constitute a fitting means which never make screw heads project to the inner side surface of the pan container. SOLUTION: An interposed material 2 is provided at the proper place of the outer side surface of a pan container body 1. At both of the right and left side parts of the substrate 3 of this interposed material, screws 4 and 4 are fixed with their heads 5 and 5 positioned on the rear side of the substrate. At the center of the substrate 3, a protrusion 7 is formed projecting. At both of the right and left side parts of the fitting part of a joint member 9 for fitting the interposed material, through holes 12 and 12 for putting the screws through are bored, and fixed with screws 4 and 4 inserted therethrough to be connected with the interposed material. The protrusion part of the interposed material is engaged with a recessed groove 13 formed at the center of the fitting part of the joint member, and a handle rod is fixed to the handle of the joint member.
