PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding pedal which can be changed to a stored state or a service state so as to be adapted to a folding bicycle. SOLUTION: Pedals are installed on both upper and lower sides of a pedal body, and the pedals are provided on the pedal body perpendicular to the direction of a turning shaft. When a user rides on a bicycle, the pedals are pulled down, and coupled and tightly brought into contact with each other; and the user steps on the pedals to turn a crank. When the user folds the bicycle and stores it, the pedals are turn-opened, and perpendicular to the direction of the turning shaft.
