An earthing structure of a fuel tank equipped with a lid body closing an opening of the fuel tank made of resin is characterized by being equipped with a ring-shaped member made of metal fixed on the periphery of the opening, and a retainer made of metal fixing the lid body on the ring-shaped member, wherein an electrically earthed member in the vicinity of the lid body is electrically connected to at least one of the ring-shaped member and retainer, and earthing is performed through at least one of the ring-shaped member and retainer.
