The invention relates to an arrangement in gamma-radiography. The arrangement includes an imaging bed (19) for the subject (14) being imaged. A gamma camera (20), to which display equipment (23) for displaying image information (24) is connected, is arranged in connection with the imaging bed (19). In addition, the arrangement includes alignement device (25) for fixing the image information (24) relative to the imaging bed (19). The invention also relates to a corresponding method in gamma-radiography.
