PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press cutter made of a cylinder and fishing lines attached thereto. SOLUTION: The press cutter is made of a cylinder, one end of which is closed with fishing lines arranged in a shape of a grid having a width of 5 mm to cut a Chinese yam into rectangles by pressing using the fishing lines instead of blades.
