I/O DEVICE, COMPUTER, COMPUTER SYSTEM, I/O CONTROL PROGRAM, OS, PAGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, AND PAGE MANAGEMENT METHOD

A computer system includes an I/O device for data transfer and a computer for controlling a process by using a virtual storage and performing data input/output to/from a medium. The I/O device and the computer include an address conversion table for converting a virtual address to a real address. The computer requests all the I/O devices to perform a page-out process, a virtual address space deletion accompanying deletion of a process, and a page operation permission such as a page modification process. The I/O device performs operation of the address conversion table in response to a request from the computer and notifies a page operation permission to the computer. When the page operation permission is obtained from all the I/O devices, the computer operates the address conversion table and performs page operation.
