<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-miscible abrasive machining fluid which can stably and uniformly disperse abrasive grains, has good abrading power and penetration, and excels in the efficiency of cooling frictional heat. <P>SOLUTION: The water-miscible abrasive machining fluid is obtained by dispersing diamond abrasive grains into a mixed aqueous solution of an aqueous solution containing an alkylene glycol and a≤10C lower carboxylic acid salt and an aqueous solution containing a phosphoric acid salt. As the alkylene glycol, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol or a polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of 100-1,000 is suitable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
