PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively charged electrophotographic process unit capable of supplying only a toner to a developing roller by separating paper dust even in the case of a toner including paper dust and capable of preventing image stain by preventing occurrence of a toner conveyed in an uncharged or insufficiently charged state to a surface of a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The positively charged electrophotographic process unit comprises a developing roller, a supply roller which rotates in contact with the developing roller, and a toner holding section, wherein a toner supplied from a supply port of the toner holding section to the supply roller is conveyed to a surface of a photoreceptor through the rotating developing roller to develop an electrostatic latent image. The height of a downside partition of the toner supply port is positioned above the top of the supply roller in the diametral direction so that toner supply is carried out from above the supply roller.
