<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service for continuing viewing and listening a content seamlessly even if a place and a terminal are changed. <P>SOLUTION: A viewing/listening continuation control server 100 acquires terminal information from a presence server when an access is made from a switching destination terminal 200 in switching the terminal, and displays a user-possessed terminal list on the terminal 200. When a user selects a TV terminal 10 as a switching source terminal, for example, the control server 100 asks about the identifier and a breakpoint of the content viewed/listened by using the TV terminal to a viewing/listening history management server, retrieves the location of the matching content from a location interpretation server on the basis of the contents identifier and terminal information on the switching destination terminal, and sends the location and breakpoint to the switching destination terminal 200.
