<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game device and a game program automatically creating a map with variety including random elements while taking account of a disposition rate or compatibility with adjoining units according to the type of the units. <P>SOLUTION: When a random number is larger than a selection factor SF, a room unit RU is preferentially disposed on a map area and, when the random number is less than the selection factor SF, no room unit RU is disposed in the map area. Or, when a selected vacant door is a door DR set in the room unit RU, the selection factor SF is multiplied by a multiple M, the multiplication result and the random number are compared with each other and as the larger the multiple M is, the more preferentially a passage unit PU is disposed in the map area. The adjustment of the selection factor SF and the multiple M can create the map taking account of the rate of the two types of units disposed in the map area and their compatibility when connecting the two types of units together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
