<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing low cost and mineral-enriched salt from sea water by using natural energy such as solar energy or wind power as much as possible in Japan having a large amount of rainfall and high humidity. <P>SOLUTION: The method of concentrating sea water salinity to obtain the crystal of the salt is performed by primarily concentrating the sea water in a flowing-down type salt pit provided indoor, secondarily concentrating the primarily concentrated sea water with solar energy and wind power by repeatedly flowing on a gently inclined flow plate provided on the roof and boiling the secondarily concentrated sea water in a kettle to obtain the crystal of the salt.
