摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of lamination type heat exchanger which does not cause a shrinkage of brazing material in a connection part between a heat exchanger tube and a tank, and can also gives reliable corrosion resistance in the part between a fin end and the tank. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the lamination type heat exchanger is related to the aluminum heat exchanger with sacrificial anode effect by zinc on the heat exchanger tube. The heat exchanger tube 12 having heat conductive fins 14 in-between is inserted and connected to a connecting hole on the header tank 16. In this step, the distance S between the fin end and the tank is so apart that the shrinkage of the brazing material does not occur in the connection part between the heat exchanger tube and the tank. Then, the connection part 18 between the heat exchanger tube and the tank is coated with a zinc-containing flux or a mixture of zinc-containing flux and brazing material, and heated to conduct brazing.
